We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to all the tourist attractions and malls by grab car. It is not far from the city center and the nearest mall. The service provided here is top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a friendly and helpful staff. The room amenities were great, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, in-room safe, and free toiletries. The added bonus of having a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenette in the room was excellent. The dining experience was also enjoyable, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool, were perfect for relaxation. We were also pleased with the free Wi-Fi and sufficient car park availability. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the city center. The location is convenient to all the tourist attractions and malls only a few minutes away by Grab car. The staff were exceedingly friendly and accommodating. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was impressive.

We had a pleasant weekend in a spacious room with great facilities. The location was convenient, right across a park with plenty of street food options. Additionally, we appreciated having a mini kitchen and a microwave in our room, making it easy to prepare some quick meals and save some money.

We had some issues with the service. The reception area was crowded and it took a long time to check-in. We also had trouble ordering at the pool bar, and then were bothered multiple times about the charge. while the stay was decent for the price, the service could have used some improvements.

This hotel has great location being situated close to a beautiful park, making it easy to enjoy the lush green surroundings. it's conveniently located in the city center and within easy reach of the airport. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent facilities and amenities. the bathroom is clean and well-maintained and provides a relaxing experience. the breakfast is a highlight, offering a tasty selection of dishes to start your day.

Sadly, the service can be slow and frustrating at times and some of the staff come across as rude, which can be disappointing.

We stayed at this hotel during New Year's Eve and it was a great experience. the room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of local and international options. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar with amazing views of the city skyline.

The location was not the best as it was a bit far from the main tourist attractions. the Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak which made it difficult to stay connected.
